Why do you need scaffolding that’s compliant with UK regulations?

According to UK regulations, all scaffolding should ensure the safety of workers and the public during construction and dismantling of the structure.

It includes specific requirements for stability, load-bearing capacity, and safety features like guardrails, toe boards, and fall protection systems.

If your scaffolding does not comply with the Working at Height Regulations 2005, you could run the risk of heavy fines, work stoppages or legal action.

To prevent falls and reduce the risks associated with working at height, all our fitters are trained in accordance with National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC) Safety Guidance and are 100 % compliant with SG4:10 and TG20:13 standards.

This means that all our work is properly planned, supervised and executed by competent individuals.

If you do use non-compliant scaffolding and it is flagged during an inspection, it could lead to significant delays which can disrupt the project timeline and budget.

Compliant scaffolding is designed to meet the highest quality standards, meaning it will minimise the risk of falls, collapses or other accidents, safeguarding the health and well-being of workers on-site.
